Late check-in after 21:00 costs EUR 20.

Please note the cleaning fee is mandatory.

The total amount of your stay (without the cleaning fee) will be preauthorised on your credit card in order to ensure your booking. It will be totally released the day of your arrival. Please inform Centre ville Saint Thomas 1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

被譽為培育餐旅業高階經理人搖籃的凱撒里茲飯店管理大學，多位校友目前或曾任職國際及台灣知名5星國際連鎖飯店執行長或高階主管，例如：台南晶英酒店總經理李靖文博士、國泰地產集團旗下國泰商旅人力資源部協理朱英達，均畢業於該校且為同班同學，兩位重量級校友除於論壇中分享在瑞士求學、就業經驗之外，也親自傳授未來國內外產業趨勢和業界所需人才資訊，讓參與活動學生和家長獲益良多。該校其他校友另任職於 W hotel、、台北遠企香格里拉、台中The One、六福皇宮等，也有服務於學界、航空界及精品界。

專業協助台灣學生進入瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學就讀，也為此校授權台灣官方代表的林肯企管（www.swiss.tw），是瑞士教育領導品牌，代理超過30多所瑞士中學、瑞士飯店管理大學、商學院、廚藝學院及馳名國際的瑞士鐘錶製作學校。
